NIMASA Pledges Renewed Dedication to Customer Satisfaction During 2025 Service Week
The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has reaffirmed its dedication to service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction as it celebrates the 2025 Customer Service Week under the global theme, “Mission: Possible.”
This annual observance reflects NIMASA’s ongoing mission to transform customer challenges into opportunities while strengthening its role as a key player in advancing the Nigerian maritime industry.
Speaking during the official launch of the celebration,Director General. Dr. Dayo Mobereola emphasized that effective service delivery lies at the heart of the Agency’s mandate.
“Providing service is paramount, both internally and externally. We must remain prepared, committed, and available to solve problems together as a team. Excellence in service delivery defines who we are and what we represent,”
Dr. Mobereola reiterated that teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement remain crucial to sustaining institutional growth and public trust in NIMASA’s operations.

The 2025 Customer Service Week was marked across all NIMASA offices nationwide with activities such as staff recognition programs, interactive engagement sessions, and customer feedback forums. These initiatives are designed to promote a culture of responsiveness, innovation, and efficiency in public service delivery.
At the Agency’s headquarters, Executive Directors and Management Staff joined in the celebration, collectively reaffirming their commitment to upholding NIMASA’s core values of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
